Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain an in-depth understanding of clients' mental health challenges, leading to the development of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver tailored therapy sessions using a variety of treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, focusing on clients’ personal growth and mental well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring that progress is monitored and adjustments are made as necessary throughout the treatment process.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients, promoting accessibility for those who prefer virtual interaction or face challenges in accessing in-person services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of emerging trends in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this position.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, fostering an environment of empathy and understanding.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload and complete administrative responsibilities efficiently.
