Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions that promote mental health and emotional well-being for clients across various demographics.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on current mental health research and practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community organizations, to coordinate care and support client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Evolve Wellness Center, we focus on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance use issues. Many of our clients may have limited access to mental health services, and as an LPC, you will play a critical role in breaking down barriers and providing inclusive, empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is essential.
\n
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment, demonstrating your proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• No fewer than three years of professional experience focused on mental health, behavioral issues, or addiction would be an asset.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling are highly preferred.

• Experience in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to document client interactions effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, fostering productive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload. In addition to a robust salary, Evolve Wellness Center provides:
