Serving as the primary Revenue Operations partner for the Fund Administration business, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will manage systems, processes, and reporting to ensure alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Ensure alignment on priorities, strategies, and execution plans between Fund Administration and other departments Own and optimize the end-to-end renewal workflow process, maintaining efficiency and clear documentation Manage forecasting processes, including pipeline reviews and reporting cadences, integrating key revenue metrics Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM/Business Operations role Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of data structure and process design Proven ability to manage end-to-end renewal and expansion workflows, including performance reporting Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and reporting tools such as Salesforce reporting or Tableau
